 Birthday cakes for people of every age.

I was impressed with the variety of cakes. There are cakes suitable for adults (Strawberry Swirled Cheesecake, Rhubarb Streusel Cake and Triple Layered Italian Cream Cake sound yummy), and cakes that would be great for a child’s birthday (Kermit Cupcakes, Picture Perfect Burger Cake, GOOOOAALLL Soccer Cake, and Quick Beat Drum Cake.)
There are cakes that are made from scratch, and cakes that are made from cake and pudding mixes, Cool Whip and other commercially prepared foods. There is a cake that would be suitable for someone who was avoiding sugar (Fluffy Whipped Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie) and a gluten free cake (Guiltless Gluten Free Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake) which sounds kind of scary, to tell the truth! 
There is a hyper-linked table of contents at the beginning of the book, and the book is well-edited. The recipes are clearly written with very good step-by-step instructions. However, I REALLY wish there were photographs, because I’m sure these recipes make some very interesting-looking cakes, and it always helps to know what they’re supposed to end up looking like, particularly the ‘themed’ cakes.

I am a birthday cake addict! When my birthday rolls around I always usually get a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. However, lately I have been intrigued to start learning to find an ideal cake then learn how to cook it for my next bday. Cynthia really out did herself here with a TON of Birthday cake recipes that are so tasty! Can’t wait to try more of them
